Canceled Booking - HELP

hi dear

i need your help. this afternoon,  i made booking but error payment , I don't know that booking reserved. So, I repeat all step to place another booking without checking my trips. I overlook there are 2 apartment as the name similar , payment still not done, but there are 2 booking establish in my trip. I confused should I cancel one of them or cancel all bookings and place new booking to make clear, Pls advise me for first user. sorry for this inconvenience,

Hi,

If both the reservations are for the same place, then you should contact the host and tell them there was a payment error which caused you to book it twice. They will either cancel one of the reservations or cancel both and have you rebook it.

If both reservations are different, I would contact the host of the location you prefer to stay in and ask if they received the payment and booking. If so, then cancel the other reservation. If not, rebook your stay and cancel then cancel your second reservation.
