Leasing versus renting?

My association CC&R’s states that we cannot lease for less than 30 days. The way I understand it Airbnb is renting not leasing?

Strange 0 beds on my listing

Even though I have a studio listed, somehow the listing lists 0 beds, though there is no ability to select number of beds. Is there a trick to this? Thanks in advance.

Setting amenities

Hi - I set 'suitable for events' by mistake. I tried to go to the list of amenities to uncheck it but it is not listed. How do I get rid of it please?

Host with no reviews. Can I trust? What is reimbursement policy?

Hi, I see on an announcement for an apartment with a very good price, and with 0 reviews. Also, the host has just joined airbnb. How much can I trust this an reserve the stay? What happens in case of fake announcement?
