I booked a hotel today that showed as available at the time of booking, and it was automatically accepted by the host. However, shortly after, the host informed me that there must be something wrong with the calendar because he was already booked for those dates and asked me to cancel. I asked him to cancel instead, so I would get my service fee back. He says he canceled it, but the reservation does not look to be canceled, and when I tried to book something else, it says that I already have a different reservation for those dates. Is there a way I can confirm the cancelation?
