Canceled reservation

I have reservation for room Kate 1 by Soohyung from Seoul, Soth Korea for period august 18. to august 20. Unfortunately he have to ccancel his reservation because he could not come. I accepted that reques, and that is all I done. I din not  cancel that reservation, but now on my profile suggest that I done that. Please if it is possible change that because my commitent rate is now 98% and that is not correct.
