I cancelled a reservation after a guest asked me to get involved in her visa procedure (she was coming from the Philippines). I told her twice that I did not have to get involved in this process (providing a letter and my ID to the French authorities), but she did not seem to understand and became more and more insistant and made me feel uncomtortable hosting her. Of course, all this happened after I accepted her request, so I had no other solution but to cancel the reservation.
My place is still available during these dates, but airbnb "block these dates to prevent future cancellations", is there any way to have this changed?
I already flagged our conversation 10 days ago (and explained in the comment why i had to cancel), but nothing happened.
