Cancellation and full Refund

Hello

I've canceled my reservation that I've already paid, but the refound and my payment is different, I've paid 822.35$ but refund is 791.28$. 

Cancellations is Flexible — 100% refundable for my reservation. I've searched the web site but could't found any contact with airbnb about this issue.

I just noticed that my guest canceled and was issued a full refund.  I don't know why I was there when he checked in gave him the key.  Did not know anything about it.  He had trouble finding the apartment was not happy about that.  It has the building number and apartment number on his booking.  So don't know what his issue is.  They were in my condo with the key.  Why would airbnb give him a full refund.  I don't have that kind of refund policy.

Possibly agio between the time of booking and the time of cancellation.  I had the same issue once on another site with NOK versus EUR.  In your case TKL versus USD, EUR or GBP.
