Cancellation by Airbnb Automatically

Hi, I have received an email from Airbnb, informed that the recent booking has been cancalled automatically by airbnb. 

There were no reason given. 

Kindly advise.

I can only speculate,  have they been banned, or payment failed? Or no longer living?

This happened to me a couple of times and at the time, I sort of shrugged my shoulders. However, with one of the situations, I subsequently received messages from the distressed guest that AirBnB had cancelled the booking because of an issue with their credit card. After a lot of very-late-night communications, we got it sorted out and the guest came and all was well.
