Hi there,
My guest and I realized it was best to cancel the reservation right after the booking was made, because she didn't realize the studio did not have an ammenity she required. She was supposed to cancel her reservation, but then she sent me a cancellation request and so I canceled it instead thinking it would be her cancellation since it was her request.
However, it appears like I, the host, am the one that cancelled and I am getting all the pennalties for it.
How can I unblock my calendar or reverse this? It was not my decision to cancel!
Does airbnb have a number or email?

I have the same problem how to change a mistake. I cannot get any help anywhere. I cancelled wrong person.
