Statistics........

I am a guest host and have handled bookings and inquiries for roughly a month.  During that time I have never let longer than a few hours go before replying.  My reviews have usually been made the day the guest left.  The reviews guests have made show up.  The bookings show up.  (all this depite the dashboard having been invisible for the first couple weeks).

BUT in statistics it says I have no bookings this month (despite them being visible on the calendar) and under pending on the dashboard it tells me that: You've responded within 24 hours to 0 of the 0 inquiries and reservation requests you received in the past year.

Same on the mobile phone - the perfomance tab tells me something went wrong. 

Any guesses?  I think it is awful that I have to go to other customers to get tech support, by the way.

Hi @Erik17, unfortunately the Airbnb platform is really flaky despite the fact that the whole thing relies on a solid cloud platform that needs to work well every time. Well it doesn't as a week of watching the community centre will demonstrate very clearly. I think you have probably hit an IT glitch here and I suggest you contact Airbnb about it directly. The methods and numbers are here and the DM on Twitter currently seems to be a good way to get a response from them.

Thanks for this very comprehensive answer.

Unfortunately I have had no success so far.  I will try again this evening.  But Resolution just takes me through to a screen asking if I want to send money or request money and both tell me I can do neither (since I am a guest host) so that trail seems to dead end.  I cannot get through to anywhere that says my problem is other or not listed.  Maybe I am missing it at the moment, knowing I have limited time this morning.  As to printing a guest itinerary it shows no numbers.

Perhaps the easiest thing to do is say I am in Macedonia (Or FYROM).  I will be very surprised if there is local support here.  My best bet, I think, seems to be able to ask an expert.  I will look again for the link tonight.

All that being said - AirBnB *really reallly reallly* needs to make this information much easier to find.  What they are saving in tech support they are more than losing in customer satisfaction.  If I was a host (rather than a guest host) and this was my call, I would be finding a better platform at this point.

Ok If you call them here is what the run down will be - so try all this before calling - Twitter and Facebook are also good places that are way quicker than the phone. Here is the breakdown - use chrome or firefox browser with a cleared cache A pc or laptop, not a phone or a tablet - nothing works well on those devices with the site. After trying all that contact them on Twitter or Facebook let them know you tried all that and ask that they make a ticket for I/T 🙂

I use both PC and phone and it does not work on either.  I run Chrome and clear cache with moderate regularity (facebook games - enuff said?)

Will look to working through FB if I cannot find the link mentioned in the other post.

This happened to me a while ago. This flaky platform will resolve the issue in a couple of days all by itself. It really will!!!  I think Airbnb let a bunch of preschoolers on their system for a few hours every week just to see what kind of mayhem they can produce 😉

they report I have had 0 views and 0 inquiries but I have had instead since I have received them .

Does anyone know the reason?
