Dear Airbnb

We would like to avoid the penalty fee three reservations that have been made this is our first attempt using Airbnb we did some mistakes setting up the account but now we fix them and we are not comfortable with the price that the room has been sold for 90% cheaper than what we wanted for the room please accept our cancellation without any penalty so we can continue to grow together and not have to create a new Airbnb account Our hotel is popular and receives a lot of bookings there is one more on its way that we are accepting.
