Cancellation of booking error

Hi everyone, it seems that at this moment I cannot cancel my guest's booking.

Are experiencing the same thing also?

Maybe this is because of the previous service maintenance that they are undergoing.

I have to make quick action to this because the booking is for tomorrow.

My guest instanly booked my listing and did not declare the correct number of guests who will stay in the unit.

@Caryl-Anne0: If you go into your message thread and cancel the guest's booking you will be penalized. Because this is instant book you are allowed to cancel a reservation if the guest is not following your house rules (and you indicate they aren't). However, you MUST call Airbnb to cancel if you do not want the penalties.

I am new to this but In my reading it says that if you are an 'instant book' there are no penalties for cancelling and you do not lose superhost status
