travel credit

AirBnB recently offered : Get a €46 travel credit, good for any Airbnb, when you check in for your first Airbnb business trip. 

I registered my business email and confirmed... and made my business trip more than a month ago.
But I don't see any credit in my account.
Also, AirBnB is not answering on my questions... can anyone help?
