Hi 

my guest cancelled a couple of hours before she was due to arrive because of a cancelled appointment.

i’ve received my payout and not had any other bookings for the duration of her stay.

Do I offer her a refund? She’s not asked yet or offered to rebook and I’m not sure what my refund policy is!

Can’t find it anywhere. 😬

@Samia48 if she was supposed to get a refund Airbnb would give it to her automatically. If she hasn't requested anything let it go. By the way you have moderate cancelation policy.
