Cancellation

I forgot to put a security deposit on by lisitng and I then agreed with the guset that he cancels and then re books.

Both being new we cancelled. AirBnB has now blcok those days from being booked again to the original guest.

does anyone know how  I can reistate or who I need to conatc in order to reinstae the booking?

Contact airbnb and tell them what happened. (I do realize finding contact information on theie website is difficult, but it is there. I did the same thing, and they lifted the block immediately.
