Cancellation

Hi,

 

I have a booking just get cancel but my policy says; 

 
Strict
50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival
 
Guest was refunded 100%, how to fix that ?

@Mee2 - you do not get to determine the refund exactly.  You have a strict policy, however, it the guest meets one of the exception policies, they would be eligible for a free refund.
