Hello,
I have one client did reservation and when i clarify them ,. i asked questions, they said they are 5 adults,
I am quite new in air bnb and just add my property on web site, now i have 2 reservation, one people arrived and they are very happy,
i add immediate reservation possible that i do not understand what it mean. So i have one lady Borsos in August to reserve 5 days, which is destroy half month which i can rent and they said they are adults, so i ask her kindly to cancel reservation and she did, i appologize as i explain that i do not want to confirm them.
But now in my calender is these days looks as blocked for these days and added comments Cancelada.
I would like to ask why ? How i can remove it ?
Thanks, Regards,
Anna
I would recommend you to snooze your listing immediately, familiarize yourself with the platform and then when you are sure of what you are doing, you can get back and activate it again.
You have already made two huge mistakes: activated the immediate reservation when you are clearly not ready for it and cancelled confirmed bookings. If you continue like that, you will get your listing blocked or deleted.
Hi @Anna1506, completly agree with @Elizabeth429, the Airbnb tool is very complete and friendly, but you have to take time to get use to it.

@Anna1506 The guest sent you a request to cancel after you asked her to cancel. You accepted it, so you canceled the reservation, not the guest which is the way it should be since you asked her to cancel. The penalties for canceling this reservation include not being a Superhost for a year, getting a public review that shows you canceled (it's displayed on your listing currently), paying a cancellation fee, and having the canceled nights blocked on your calendar.
For future reference:
DO NOT CANCEL a reservation, DO NOT ACCEPT any message about cancelling, changing or refunding DECLINE it a loophole that comes back to bite you and gives guests back their service fees and/or voids your cancellation policy. DO NOT REFUND anything until actual cash has been given to you by AirBNB. If you refund they will take the money from you and a lot of times they get refunded from both AirBnB and you if you do this, then you have a fight to get your money back. Tell the guest you do not deal with the booking funds that is all on AirBnB's end.
