Hi comunity,
I tried to block the calendar of one of my properties for the next 2 years (for personal reasons), It started to show "processing", but today I found out this process never finished and dates were actually not blocked. So today I got a booking, which I would prefer to cancel. The booking came in one hour ago. Can I cancel without loosing my superhost status or othe (financial) penalties? Or am I forced to accept it?
thanks for some insight
Herwig
P.S. I managed to close the calendar for the next 2 years, using 2 month steps only
@Herwig0 You can call AirBnB and explain it to them they may cancel it penalty free for you as it was an IB.

@Jeff158if I snoozed the listing, people who booked earlier might get into panic mode, if they don't find the listing anymore?
@Letti0thanks for the number, I just called them, cannot proof it was a platform error, unless soeone digs into server logs and even then it might never had a log entrance. So they adviced me to wait if the guest finds an alternative or NOT to cancel at all.
thanks
