I see you made two posts about this, this one and another titled "Last minute cancellation".
You can't ask for compensation as you have the "Flexible" cancellation policy and your guest cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.
You might consider changing your policy to the "moderate" or "strict" one. They can give some more protection against late cancellations.
If you change, it it will apply only to reservations confirmed after the change. Reservations confirmed before the change will still be subject to the flexible policy.
