How do I report a guest?

hello i had a situation with a guest who said a few lies , like i didnt turn up to get the keys that etc etc not clean oven not working etc. i have proof that everything was working i have proof that the apartment was delivered spotless , they left the apartment leaving it a pit windows and doors open allowing birds to go in the apartment a broken bed bacon and raw meat on the tables and floor huge bills very dirty and damages , basicaly its a lovely apartment in the best tourist area in larnaca and they destroyed it and now lying about a few things i have pictures of before and after the cleaners reports before and after telefone calls and the guy who they left the key with shows that i am absoloutley ok and they are bad people so i want to report them and claim from them what do i do please i need help
