Cancellation

Hi, I had an inquiry last night but the person wanted clarification on something before she booked. I replied and clicked the pre book, but got no responce from her. Then she asked if she could cancel so I immediately accepted anoter booking from another site. Then she asked could she make the reservation but just for one night. When I went to my calender her booking had been accepted for the one night !!! How did this happen ? I have had to canel her booking so have lost the right to a superhost title for a year ? I find this very unfair. I cant find anywhere where I can contact Air bnb to sort this out. Can anybody suggest anything please ?

OOO my word, thank you Jeff for letting me know, do you think they have supprimed my account because of this issue?
