CANCELETATION OF RESERVATION AS OWNER : I have 2 property to rent, and for 3 months I have cancel reservation as owner, and yesterday again for another property.

I have my rates in calender, daily rate 32,00 EUR per niht per room, one client book 7 days and system send me message or system calculate 7 days x 2 EUR + Cleaning fee 20,00 EUR to pay 35,00 EUR for 7 day stay. I write several times to this guest, also through help center to Airbnb - no response.. and finaly I have cancel this reservation. How I can get somebody in room for 2,00 EUR per night when I have daily rate 32,00 EUR ? That's JOKE !  Similar was also 3 months before ... Now AIRBNB have frozen my listings and nobody can book any more !! What is to do now? Have somebody the same experience, because now I have really enough and I think to cancel all and don't work anymore with AIRBN. And the biggest JOKE is that AIRBNB will charge me for cancelation from my side by next payment with amount of 50 EUR -- Please help ... I cannot find directly mail or phone to concat Customer support of AIRBN. Thanks, best regrds to all ..Marino

@Marino13  It seems the automated system has made a mistake and your cancellation has also been reacted to by the automated system making things worse.  You need to speak with an Air BNB representative as soon as possible.  You will ask for all penalties associated with your cancellations due to nightly rate error be reversed.  You will ask that the problem with the system giving the wrong rate be corrected.  Here is a link to a guide for contacting Air BNB.

Never cancel a reservation yourself if you can avoid it because not only will the days remain blocked but there are financial penalties assessed by Air BNB.  You may have to wait on hold for the representative, so I suggest you call early in the morning if possible when the call volume to Air BNB is lower.  Good luck and let us know how it all comes out.
