Cancelled credit card

I did the pay less upfront option for a reservation and I haven't been charged for the second payment yet. The card linked to my account and is going tot be charged for the second payment is cancelled. I lost my wallet and I had to cancel my cards. I don't know how to switch it to my new card before the scheduled second payment because it won't let me remove my other one.

Why don’t you try too call your bank and explain your problems?

And try to contact Airbnb also too see what they can do to help you out.

 

 

I am having the same problem.  The card I had on file.  I had to cancel because of fuard.  It looks like the host then canceled my reservasation without even calling.  I would still like to stay at the place I pick but use a different payment method. My resevation number is HMMNCPXRQF.
