As a host I accepted a reservation from a guest...until I realized they wanted to book one year in advance. My calendar was not open that far in advance, so I advised them that i could not honor their request. No problem on their end, and we communicated back and forth. Here is the problem; I cancelled the reservation so it shows up on my profile as a negative. In reality, they should have cancelled, not me. How can i get this blemish removed?
@Ken44 You should also change your settings to reflect how far in advance someone can book. I have mine set for 12 months, but you could do less. It is under "availability settings" on the bar when you go to your calendar.
