Cannot edit the address which is wronly written

Hi,

I had a few guests who followed the address written on my page instead of the map and as a result they had been roaming around. The pin on the map is correct however the address is shown at a different much larger number on the same street and I cannot edit it.

I had the same problem in the summer and trying to rectify it myself the system would not let me change the address.

Finally to resolve this problem I phoned Airbnb directly and the operative took my instructions for the correct address for my listing and 24 hours later the correct address was shown.

@Nicos1  If you have any future bookings on your listing it will not allow you to change the address. You need to call AirBnB and have them do it from their end.

thanks. After a few minutes of searching around the page and going through selections I managed to find how to contact Airbnb chat help. 2 hours later the address was updated
