Cannot publish listing

So I posted this question already but neither suggestion worked. I already have 3 listing and I am trying to add another. I have uploaded all the details. When I check my listings it appears there, saying in progress. It has said this for a week. One suggestion before was to wait 2 days. Another was to install Mozilla Firefox. Neither works. It still says in progress. I click on publish and it takes me to a new page, offering a preview and to change some of the details but no-where says publish. What should I do?
