Cannot reject guest

I have had a request from a guest who would like to stay at my appartment. Now this date was mistakenly set to available, since their request I've blocked the date, but now I cannot reject their request. We had contact and they had already found another place to stay so that's ok. But Airbnb keeps reminding me to either accept or reject their request while that option is greyed out.

What to do next?
