Cant price by month

Hi Folks. I have got to the price settings. I see the daily price setting but can't find the monthly. I followed these instructions:

Pricing for specific weeks or months

You can account for seasonal demand or local events like a conference or festival by setting custom prices for specific weeks or months.

1. Select the listing you want to edit
2. Go to Pricing settings in the upper right-hand corner
3. Under Long-term prices, click the link to set custom weekly or monthly rates
4. Set your custom weekly or monthly rates
5. Save by clicking Apply

Any suggestions? I can't seem to be able to contact anyone from Airbnb

Are you using the app or the website? On the iPhone app right below the nightly price I see Discounts. You set a weekly and monthly discount off your nightly rate instead of setting the rates themselves.

You can't set a monthly price - you can only offer a monthly discount.

The only way I could see to do this is change your minimum stay setting to one month (eg 28, or 30/31 nights) and then increase yoru nightly price to a monthly one. That would of course put off anyone who wanted to stay less than a month.
