Payment issue

Hi,

I feel uncomfortable reading last e-mail from Airbnb regarding payment problem for my reservation. Also, I must complain to your service.

1. I have multi-currency account linked to my debit card (euros and US dollars including). Instead of charging my trip in euros, you charged it in US dollars and made me pay you 3% fee for no obvious reason (since host has account in euros).
2. You made my payment become troublesome, charging me twice for the same reservation (on my card I do not see any refund), and threatening me that in the case of continuing issue with payment you won't refund me at all due to cancellation policy.

My superb experience with your company and service is seriously undermined with this episode.

Sorry but noone here can help.  This is simply a forum for hosts/guests to discuss matters between ourselves.  You need to talk directly with airbnb customer services.
