Chang listing settings affect current reservations?

I want to change some of my listing settings, for exampe how many my place can accomodate from 8 to 6. Can I do this now without affecting the already existing reservations??

I think you are fine, @Dianne52.  Whatever are the settings at the time of the booking are the settings of the contract you have with the guest.  Thus your current bookings are a "snapshot" of the date the booking was made.  Changes are on a go-forward basis.

sir,

      ti want chage my accomodation settings.  currently 4 guest 2bed rooms. But i need to change one bedroom 2 guest. i try to several time to edit this, not possible. i contact airbnb person.  They also tell same way, not possible.  At last they send me one custemer care number that also not working.  anybody help meto change my settings

@Vinod3 I think you could just deactivate the 2 bedroom listing and open a new listing with one bedroom.
