Change host

I have sold the property and the new owner is currently co-hosting the property but we would like to transfer it to her name...is that possible? As there are advanced bookings etc

I read that we had to start a new listing but since then I have heard of conversations had with AirBnB and this could be arranged... 

just knowing a contact number for AirBnB australia would be a good start!
