Have to re-locate to a "different" physical location December 1, 2016. Currently, have two (2) resefrvations "after" this date. I will still have the "same" accommodations as I currently have...with the exception...it's in a brand new building with a gym and sauna. How do I advise my guests of the new location? Thank you.
You go to "My reservations" and choose "change or cancel".
I would not offer a discount to start with - discuss with your guests first. If your new place is better than the old one, it is an upgrade. No need for discount.
@Jerry9@Marit-Anne0 is correct of course, but the guest may not accept being changed due to something that you are not aware of so please give them a heads up as far in advance as you can. Let them know that they can cancel and relocate with no penalties if they involved Air BNB under these extenuating circumstances.
