Changing Email Address

My Email provider ceased operating recently and I have tried to change my email address in my profile to my alternate address but get a message that I can't because it is already in use. I have just booked with an Airbnb host and the confirmation email will have been sent to my now defunct address.  Is there any way of talking to customer services or an online chat so someone can resolve this issue for me?

I have the same problem. I use to use my work email address and that is not being deleted. 

Not sure what to do ...
