Hi, I hope someone from AIRBNB could assist me.
I have make payment with my credit card and well received customer receipt but it does not show in my credit card statement for almost 3 weeks from the date of transaction. I make 2 payments on the same day with same credit card. The first payment show in credit card statement after few days, yet the second payment does not capture. My reservation accepted by the host and everything looks good. It's an instant book. How could I go about it? Will my reservation cancel due to no payment receive by the host?

Hi, thank you for the information. I have rang up to AIRBNB, they said everything is perfect and they well received my payment. Than I called up to my credit card company, unfortunately they said no transaction for this payment was done 😞
Do you know where we can see the Airbnb number for Philippines? We're having the same issue with our last booking. It showes that the payment was done and credited to our account but it has been a week from the check in date and the payment is not yet reflected in our statement.

@Easa0 , not sure what exactly you are asking. Are you looking for money from Airbnb, and it should come through on your Pioneer card? All I can see is that your listing is no longer available and that you identified yourself as a group promoting local tourism, in response to a very damaging review from Jan. 2017. I doubt anybody here can help you. sorry...

Booking showing up on calendar, but no pay off has been sent. Beside booking it said, not possible. She booked 2 rooms which one was paid, not the other. Her daughter stayed in one room for 2 nights was paid. The mother's room is showing up, not possible, But she stayed 4 nights which was supposed to be $301. Who and where do I get in touch with Airbnb for help?
