I used to have a similar problem. Airbnb would only use G Maps to place the address but my street name was wrong. I had to file a complaint and request a change directly to G Maps. But Airbnb has yet to update my address so my solution was: on the Email they receive when they book and on your house's manual add your full correct address with a note saying that "due to a technical error the address they received is not correct". Has worked for me. Also, make sure you contact your guest a few days before they arrive to make sure they know where you are located and give them directions.
