Charged different Service Fees to other AirBnB account holders

My husband and I each have an Airbnb account and searching the same properties, the same dates etc, we are charged different Service Fees - can someone help explain why this is?

The service fees seems to be different when using the app or using the website.Were you using those different applications when searching ?

No, we were both searching on the website on our own laptops! 

It just doesn't make any sense how they differ between user accounts and now, web/phone app.
