Why recently I can not update/change photos of my check-in instructions,

I'm running into the same problem. SO FRUSTRATING. I would love some help from Airbnb to fix this issue.

I also have the same problem.
I just took new images for my check in instruction and I can't upload any image.

I've tried "taking a photo" "upload for my phone" "edit the image".
Nothing happens.
Each time, I see the 3 dots, meaning it's working in the background, then it comes back white and the image never uploads.

I have tried 4 times over 12h to no avail.

Me too.  I have been trying to add a photo to the check-in instructions since last week for countless times and still returning with a white image.  Sent message to Airbnb support and no response on this

Me too 😞 It's so frustrated. And it's only on the app, can't do it on PC
