I have a guest arriving Thursday. Very little contact except he has asked how to get to my place from Stansted airport as his flight arrives at 9.45pm. My check in is between 4pm-10pm It's a 2 hour journey from airport to my house via public transport not including the time it takes to get of plane etc. I can't do a check in after midnight when I have others in the house sleeping and I also have to get up for work in the morning. Where do I stand.

@Pat295 - Thankfully your listing makes your check in times clear. Get on to CS. They'll ask you to be flexible. Ask them if they'd like to come round and wait up until after midnight to accomodate the guests. You charge too little for this stuff.
I sent him several messages to let him.know I couldn't him that check in time and feel free to cancel. Had no response. Last message was to say that if I didn't hear from him I would cancel the booking so that he could 're book elsewhere. Still no response so I cancelled booking in plenty of time. Then he responded and got **bleep**ty about it. Since then I had another booking with same landing time who took it upon himself to check into a hostel overnight due to my check in times and would not have dreamt of expecting me to wait up
