City tax

Can you please let me know what the agreements are regarding the city tax. Do we need to collect this by the guest or does airbnb this for us.

I noticed your listings are in Utrecht (The Netherlands). I assume you mean by "city tax" the "Tourists tax"  ?

Airbnb Help mentions Tourist Tax is only charged directly by Airbnb (at time of booking) for city Amsterdam. You can add Tourist Tax (and other taxes)  to your listing in menu "local laws":
