Cleaning Fee

Hi Air BnB Community,

Rather confused by the cleaning fee.

I have a cleaning fee of £15 in my listing when I look at the calculations it is deducted from my pay out.

Should I be requesting this back?

I'd have thought that a cleaning fee of £15 would not be deduced but would be included in my pay out.

If you find that you are not getting a correct pay out, you must contact Air BNB for correction.  Here is a guide for contacting Air BNB

If you have given a special offer, the offer must include the cleaning fee - it will not be collected separately. Could this be the case ?
