You can sign up on your account but it is better to do it outside of AirBnB's system as I was co hosting prior to AirBnB's system and as soon as I signed up on AirBnB's system , they combined the properties and all sort of problems have ensued. I just called for assistance on the other property I host and they asked me for the payout method and bank account number of the property before they could assist me. Now who gives a cohost, or even a family member their bank account number? I came on here to find out how to disconnect from AirBnB's co host. The property owner could log in and see all messages Before we went on to Air BnB's cohost sytem, now she cannot. I needed to contact them to inquire about their calculations of the cost for the space as it did not add up, but they would not assist me since I did not have the owners bank account number by which she is paid. This is not only very frustrating but very disappointing. It is however the first time in months that I have gotten someone on the phone, even if the customer service was not there. The owner is now trying to contact them to see what gives, but getting ahold of customer service has been a shot in the dark. Any suggestions?
