Hi, I found a co host who I like and she sent me a proposal adn I was given a proposal acceptance page by airb&B. I noticed the proposal was worded incorrectly and I tried to send a message to the host to chnage the wording but for some reason the host would not get the message because i guess the accept host page was up? Anyways, I had to decline the proposal in order to get a message to my host to make the corrections to her proposal and re-send. . Well, now due to being declined she cannot re-send another proposal ha ha man, someone help me please.

I am being told to "invite" my host on by email? (her email is hidden) and include her email, also to call airb&b if I need help but I cannot find a phone number?  ha ha HELP!

Ok, I figured it out ha ha, little bit of a learning curve for ol gramps!

Hi @Judith194

Have you looked to see if there is a local host group in your area. If so contact them and see if they can recommend anyone.

There are also commercial airbnb management companies you could contact.

Best Helen

Thanks Helen.  I am very new to Airbnb and not sure how to see if there is a local hosting group but I will keep looking.

Hi Helen, just wondering if you can advise how to find a local host group? I think this would be really helpful. Thanks, Christine

Hi @Bhushan2

I think you will need to call Airbnb on this one, if you aren't able to change this yourself.

Hi All,

I worked in the hospitality industry for 15+ years and manage short term rentals in San Diego as a professional co-host. I manage the entire hospitality cycle for you and your property, so you can focus on the important things in life. All my properties reached Superhost status shortly after starting to host and keep receiving five-star reviews. I'm available 24/7 and make sure the guests feel welcome, comfortable and have wonderful time at your home.

I only accept bookings from guests which meet strict guidelines and follow your requirements. I vet potential guests as diligent as possible to avoid the bad apples: A false no is better than a wrong yes!

I have a professional maid that thoroughly cleans your house after every stay. Before the next guest moves in, I do another quality check myself.

I prefer meeting the guests in person and give them a tour of the property.
In my experience, guests treat the property and neighbors with more respect. They are overall more satisfied with their stay after they have met the host/co-host in person and are more likely to leave a stellar review.

Hi Everyone! I'm a young professional looking for properties to co-host. Is anyone in need of lightening their maintenance responsibilities? I'm happy to help and would love to chat further :).

Hi Alyssa from long ago, I'm still looking for a co-host in Brooklyn / Bushwick. Let me know if you're still interested.
