Co-hosting Fees

Hello Everyone,

My wife and I are considering buying a vacation home in Myrtle Beach SC. Nothing big just a condo on the beach. The condos we are interested in are basically hotel rooms and the property has a lot of great amenities. 

My wife and I would need a co-host to help as we are located in Connecticut. My question is what do co-hosts charge? We are going to try and have the check in and check out process be automated so we hope to not need any help there. We also hope that the property manager for the condos can handle any maintenance issues the guests may have. I think we would need help with the list below:

cleaning the condo (remember the condo is only about 400 square feet)

cleaning dirty towels and sheets

restocking toiletries (we would pay for those)

communicating with guests and prospective guests

With everything that my wife and I would need help with what would a reasonable co-host fee be?
