Cohost access rights

Hi Guys I'm hoping to take on a VA to help out with a few tasks in the near future.  One of those tasks will be to input the figures for income, cleaning, commission etc. into a spreadsheet already set up with formulas etc. in it so really just data entry.  This person will need access to all the booking data but I obviously don't want them to change dates, reply to guests etc.  So a sort of "view only" access and nothing else, is this possible?
