Commitment Rate Degrees without our faults.

We have an apartment to rents in kathmandu. We could not accept pre apporoval cause our inn house customer did wish to continue their stay in the apartment. They way they did degrees our commitment rates ? is not fair to us.. We are not confirmed to the clients and it wans not after our promissed to them. We are socked with the reasult from AirBnB.Com
