Complain of host bullying on guest

I want to issue a complaint to the host and don’t know where to complain

**家華人旅館 完全是一間黑店 因為說要退房 因為環境非常污漕 不衛生 而且開冷氣等等都要額外付錢 那裡老板不但不肯 還鎖著我們 逼我們交錢才可走 我們說要報警處理 她就禁錮我們 而且用手推我向牆 令我手臂有瘀傷 而且撞爆了行理箱 到最後在未入住的情況下逼我們交50歐才可走

The host is very offensive and terrible. The rooms was in really poor hygiene. And many individual items, like using air-conditioning are also need to pay extra cost. We said to deny renting with condition to pay back for 1-2 night even though we are not checking in （there’s terms for cancellations discussed before). The host refused and harassed us, she also locked us up and blackmail for money. We said to call the police for negotiations, she refused and grabbed my arms and pushed me to the wall. It caused bruises on my arm and accidentally broke my suitcase. I told her that she was hurting me and she said she’s local resident and fear of no one, so I have to pay her the money and leave. I have reported the issue to Spanish police
