Complete your payment to confirm booking HOW???

Hi, my problem is that yesterday I requested to book an airbnb and at the moment I was charged half price of my stay with paypal an I also got a receipt on email. Later I was confirmed by the owners BUT now it says that I must complete my payment to confirm booking in 24 hours.  What do I need to do? I tried to click link in email (resubmit payment) and it says Payment has already been completed. But when I look to my trips it says nex to trip Awaiting payment and when I click: XXXXX accepted your reservation but Airbnb couldn’t complete the payment using the payment method you provided. Update your payment information within 15:17:30 or your reservation will be canceled.

Do I need to wait or what? I really don't want to lose my reservation.

Contact airbnb via phone - looks like there is a problem collecting money from your card / paypal.

Airbnb will be the only people that will be able to help you, not this forum.

I ca'n reach them by phone. I am in Mexico.
