Completing a listing

Hi all, I have been struggling to finish posting a flat I want to list on bnb. Everytime I try to add bank details, it says additional verification through an sms etc is required. However, none of those options are clickable links and when i try and click on the help option, that goes nowhere either. Its been atleast a week that Ive been trying to add bank details to finish the listing requirements. Grateful for any advice.
