Condo For Cooperate Rental

Being as the law has recently change in Las Vegas. I am considering renting out my condo to be use for corporate rentals only. which is longer than 30 days, and to be used for cooperate business Requests. Has anyone done anything using a corporate rental agency or how can I get this done working with Airbnb? I have connected Airbnb and I was told, I needed a minimum of 6 Condo units or a hotel, not sure that the gentleman understood what I was asking? Any suggestions welcome ** Thanks
