Taking care of a repeat customer

Hello.

We have a returning customer who would like to make a second reservation at our house. They say they are having trouble making the reservation, as the AirBnB site keeps taking them to their previous reservation. Since we're the host, we can't replicate the probelm from our end. We've sent them the link the our AirBnB page, recommending she start from the beginning of the process, but she says the site keeps taking her back to the previous reservation.

Does this make sense? Anyone know what I can tell her?

@Jay444  That sounds strange. Instruct your guest to contact Airbnb to help her sort this out. I don't think you'll be able to do anything from your end.

I had a  return Guest & with such reservations we were both taken back to the original msg booking thread so perhaps that's happened with you to

 

There were also challenges with trying to reply & do special offer price, however we sorted something out in the end.

Hi @Jay444. I’ve had a number of return guests with no problems book8ng. The original massage board does stay active, but once they book the new reservation information takes precedent. Get them to contact Airbnb.
