I have a serious bone to pick with you...
you are the operating company. I have things to discuss with you and your "help bar" a hampster wheel, just sending you back to where you start when your question isn't answered. The host can't fix this problem so get your act together and face the music because it seems like a lot of people have had issues with your aloofness. the people on here need answers to important questions and it is such a common question "how do I get in contact with Airbnb?" if 100's of people are asking this... its time to WAKE UP and get your act together. gets your adult international business pants on and start being more available to the customers and the host....
now.. does anyone know how I can have a constructive conversation with an employee of this lovely company?

@Tess25 The second or third posting in the Community Center Help board has specific instructions for reaching actual ABB employees.

Yes..... doing a search at the CC is probably the fastest way to find ways to contact Airbnb. That's exactly the problem!
Why does Airbnb make is so hard for people to find a way to contact them?
Why should people have to rely on information provided by other hosts to get this information in the first place?
And seriously...... a totally different topic but WHY do they keep changing the layout and format and menu!!!!!!
Just when you think you got the hang of navigating this seriously user UNfriendly site, they change it just enough to confuse you all over again.

Their site is definetly NOT USER FRIENDLY, it is so frustrating when you want to find something, you can't just go there you have to click on a dozen other pages before you find what you want, their teck is a terrible programmer, get a new tecki.

I too am extremely frustrated that Airbnb lectures me on my need to "improve" my status or else I will be suspended. But when I try to discover how, there is no way to do it.... I find your attitude rude and dictatorial. There seems to be no way to communicate with you at all, yet you can freely dictate to me... A one way situation that I find very demeaning. In addition, my last two guests were listed as coming from Missouri. Neither one came from MO. They were both astonished that you would do that. This displays either a lack of information or a serious lack of communication.
I am blocking my post for the next two weeks and during that time I will decide whether or not it is worth the effort of giving up ones privacy and being treated so rudely by your company.
